工作职责
* Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标
* Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales
plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets
are met建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划
* Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制预算
* Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer
needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing
and new customers在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训
* Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building
positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
与客户保持良好的关系
* Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor
activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can
respond to changing market conditions and customer demands及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略
* Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能够独立
的进行客户沟通及店员教育
* Supporting DSM to conduct KA contract negotiation and renewal.
能够支持地区经理进行重要客户的合作谈判及协议签署等工作
任职要求
* Higher than college degree 大专以上文化程度
* Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving
problems良好的领导能力,口头和书面表达能力,沟通能力,解决问题能力
* Being integrity and positive 为人正直,积极向上
* Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC
行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验
* Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零售销售经验
